SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ALL ORDERS, ALWAYS.

SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC:
Please allow up to 1-5 business days for your order to be processed unless availability is limited. However, most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email used at checkout. If 3 business days have passed and you have not received a tracking number, please email us at bluroseinfo@gmail.com or check your SPAM folder. Please note that your tracking will activate a few days after shipment.

  • Orders are NOT shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Most orders will be shipped from our over-seas warehouse unless item is available in the US warehouse.
  • Please allow up to 10-14 business days for your order to be delivered once it has been processed.
  • In some cases, orders can take up to 21 days.
  • BLUROSE uses a couple of shipping carriers. You will be notified via the email associated with the order what the carrier is.
  • BLUROSE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that states 'delivered' to the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Please keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL:
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. However, most orders are processed in 2-3 days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email used at checkout. If 3 business days have passed and you have not received a tracking number, please email us at bluroseinfo@gmail.com or check your SPAM folder.

  • Please allow 10-18 business days for your order to be delivered once it has been processed.
  • BLUROSE reserves the right to mail international orders via other shipping methods that DOES NOT include Priority Mail. If this is the case, you should still receive your package within 12-16 business from processed date. 
  • In rare cases, shipping may take 25 days.
  • BLUROSE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that states 'delivered' to the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Please keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout.
  • BLUROSE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTIES TAXES.
  • ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED DDU, "DUTIES AND TAXES UNPAID."
